Points

Import a list

Paste the answer of your AI assistant (JSON), lines like Name; address or coordinates; category, or a CSV with a header row containing name and location (or lat/lon). Addresses are looked up with OpenStreetMap; every point starts as not verified.

Prompts for your AI assistant

Copy a prompt, paste it into ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or Gemini together with your document or list, then paste the answer into Import list. Ask for addresses rather than coordinates whenever you can: an address is looked up precisely, a coordinate from an AI is often invented.

How to use the editor

  1. Add points with + Add point, or Import list to paste many at once (from an AI assistant, a spreadsheet or a CSV).
  2. Give each point a location: type an address or a coordinate in the Location field and press Enter, click Place on map and then on the map, or drag the pin.
  3. Verify the spot with the satellite layer or the links under Verify & tools, then tick verified.
  4. Export image (green button) and download the PNG.

An address is only a centre point. It may be metres or tens of metres away from the real object. An AI's coordinate may be completely wrong. Always compare with the satellite layer or Street View and drag the pin to the right spot before you mark it as verified.

Categories

Categories give pins their colour and build the legend. Rename them, change the colour, or add new ones in the box above the list. Importing a list creates categories automatically.

Saving

Everything is kept in this browser automatically. Save writes a project file (.json) that you can open later or on another computer. Nothing is uploaded.

Export

Choose a size preset or a custom size, let the map fit all points or use the exact view you framed, pick a style, add a title, and download. The legend lists the categories in use. Map attribution is added automatically.
